Our team will organise a time to sit down with you to get to know your goals and better understand your dream vision for your new home.
At this stage we will explain our Pre Construction process and see if we’re the right Builder for you.
Whether you’re coming to us already with plans or would prefer us to arrange them, we can select an Architect from our network that we feel would best suit your particular style.
We can also recommended one of our interior designers to help select and prepare a complete finishing schedule.
Taking the time to plan and select finishes prior to construction ensures variations are reduced significantly and the project can proceed on time and on budget.
If you wish to engage our services we will arrange a Preliminary Agreement to move forward.
2. Preliminary Engagement
& Design
Now that we have received all documentation, our team will prepare a fully detailed proposal that will outline your exact specifications to ensure you’re completely satisfied.
3. Detailed Building Proposal
After we’ve partnered together to create a building proposal that works for you, we’ll draw up an Industry Standard MBA contract to be signed by both parties.
4. Contract
We’ll manage a clear timeline from the start of construction, until the moment we handover the keys. Our experienced team will work with you closely keeping you involved every step of the way. You will be provided regular progress updates and clear communication throughout the build, through our online project management system,
5. Construction
We’re committed to delivering an exceptional home that exceeds your expectations. Once construction is complete, we’ll organise a final walk through to ensure every corner in you home reflects the vision of your dream home. You’ll also receive a personalised homeowners manual that will contain all instructions and advice to upkeep the quality and value of your new home.
We will check back in with you in three months time to ensure you are happy in your new abode
